Get Involved

  • Below are some ideas and other ways you can get involved here at school and in the school community. We look forward to working with you to make Morrice a great place to be. Keep checking this page for ways to get involved at either of our schools. 

    Throughout the year we will have many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved in both buildings. Not all of these opportunities will be listed on this page. Please contact our building secretaries with your name, contact information, and your area(s) of interest. This will ensure that your name is readily available when we need some help. 

    Elementary High School
    Parent Advisory Council
    We will hold three meetings a year to inform parents about our programming, policies and procedures. This is a great time to also receive feedback from parents on what they feel are ways we can look to improve in serving students and stakeholders.

    We are always looking for parents to be involved in our school improvement process. if you would like to be part of this team, please contact Amy Leffel (Jr/Sr High School Principal).
    Special Events
    Throughout the year we will have special events and we could always use some extra hands. Watch newsletters to be informed of upcoming events and how you may help. You may also consider joining the PTO meetings once a month for updates and information on ways you can help.    		 Band Boosters
    The Morrice Band boosters are always looking for members to help raise funds and support our music program. Please contact the Band Director if you would like to join. 
    Classroom Help
    Check with your child's teacher to see how you may help in the classroom on a regular basis or just once in a while. Some of the interventions we run can be more productive with extra adult involvement.    		 Sports Boosters
    The Morrice Sports Boosters are always looking for members to run concession stands, help raise funds, and support our athletic programs. Please contact the Athletic Director if you would like to join.
